  • Keyboard operability and alternative texts for navigation
  • Contrasts of symbols and links
  • Not all links are already provided with sufficiently comprehensible texts

Content in easy language and sign language is also not yet available.

The content listed is not accessible for the following reasons:

  • We always endeavor to make our pages editorially accessible or barrier-free. In some cases, however, we do not have the capacity to ensure complete accessibility.
  • In principle, it is important to us to formulate texts on our website in an understandable way. However, it is not always possible to avoid using technical terms. This is also due to the fact that our content is aimed at a specific target audience.
  • If the effort involved is too high, appropriate considerations must be made (see Article 5 “Disproportionate burden” of Directive (EU) 2016/2102).

Complaints Procedure

The complaints office in accordance with § 16 LBGG has been set up at the State Commissioner for People with Disabilities Schleswig-Holstein. You can contact this office if you are not satisfied with the answers you receive from the above-mentioned contact option. Should this be the case, it is nevertheless our aim to find a solution to a problem together and out of court with the help of the complaints office.

The complaints procedure is free of charge. You also do not need legal assistance.
